On June 28-29, 2025, the fifth and sixth rounds of the Italian Motorcycle Rally Championship were successfully held in Bussi sul Tirino, Abruzzo.

San Marino's legendary rider, Alex Zanotti, made a strong comeback, piloting the Shineray motorcycle SWM RS500 to clinch victory in the E600 class, demonstrating the exceptional competitive performance and reliability of SWM's off-road machines.
As a two-time world champion, Zanotti's return to the track after an eight-year hiatus was nothing short of a legendary restart. This victory is not only a personal triumph for Zanotti but also the ultimate testament to the superior performance of the Shineray 250-class SWM RS500. The RS 500 proved stable and powerful throughout the nearly 400-kilometer high-intensity rally, completing the distance without any mechanical issues, perfectly embodying SWM's relentless pursuit of professional off-road excellence.
The two-day race posed a severe test for both riders and their machines. The SWM off-road bikes, with their reliable mechanical qualities and exceptional handling, enabled the entire DRAM Track Department team to finish successfully, showcasing robust race support capabilities and the backing of a highly professional technical team.
SWM Motorcycles will continue to deepen its commitment to the professional off-road sector, supporting more riders in their pursuit of glory on the international stage. The next stop for the Italian Motorcycle Rally Championship and the Italian Raid Tout Terrain will be in Campobasso in September 2025.
